I am a retired 20 year law enforcement professional with the U.S. Secret Service sworn to uphold the Constitution of the United States and enforce federal and local laws. During that time I was assigned as team leader on numerous Presidential, Vice Presidential and Foreign Diplomat details throughout the United States. For 4 years, I was assigned to the Office of Research & Development tasked with the responsibility for budget preparation assistance, and monitoring Congressional Legislation and Supreme Court Decisions as related to Law Enforcement.
I am an accomplished business manager with more than twenty-five years experience as a consultant and small business owner in the waste management industry. During that time, I managed waste and recycling programs at Bolling AFB, Andrews AFB, Washington Navy Yard, Reagan National Airport, NASA Goddard and Agricultural Research Center. My essential skills are in business plan development and start-up, contract negotiation and management, budget preparation, procurement, cost control, marketing and management of all operations of the business including P&L responsibilities.
